Idea to launch.
In five moves.

No mystery. No agency theatre. Here's exactly how we take a project from "we have an idea" to "it's in the store."

Every project — game, app, platform, site — runs through the same five-step rhythm. Steps overlap, but they always happen in this order.

01
PHASE ONE

Discovery

1–2 weeks

We start by understanding what you're really building, who it's for, and what "shipped" actually means for you. Workshops, competitor teardowns, technical feasibility — everything that needs to be true before a line of code gets written.

You walk away with
  • A written product brief — scope, goals, constraints
  • Technical architecture sketch
  • Fixed plan, price, and date
02
PHASE TWO

Design

2–4 weeks

UX flows, wireframes, then high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes. For games this also means gameplay loops and balancing tests. We design at the resolution that matters — not pixel-perfect frames you'll throw away.

You walk away with
  • Clickable prototype of every screen / level
  • Design system — components, tokens, motion specs
  • Sign-off checkpoint before build starts
03
PHASE THREE

Build

4–16 weeks

Heads-down development with weekly demos. You see real progress every Friday — running on a real device, not a Figma frame. Backend, frontend, infra, automated tests, CI all going up in parallel.

You walk away with
  • Weekly working build — installable, real device
  • Staging environment for testing
  • Code in your repo, fully documented
04
PHASE FOUR

Ship

1–2 weeks

App Store submission, Play Store rollout, web deploys, code signing, App Store screenshots, ASO copy, analytics wiring, the works. We've done the dance enough times to make it boring — which is exactly what you want from a launch.

You walk away with
  • Listed on iOS App Store & Google Play (or live URL)
  • Analytics, crash reporting, monitoring all live
  • Launch checklist signed off, ownership transferred
05
PHASE FIVE

Support

Ongoing

We don't disappear at launch. Bug triage, OS updates, store policy changes, new device sizes, the occasional surprise — we keep what we ship healthy. Optional but most clients keep us on retainer.

You walk away with
  • SLA-backed bug response
  • Quarterly health check & roadmap reviews
  • Live ops, A/B tests, feature releases
