No mystery. No agency theatre. Here's exactly how we take a project from "we have an idea" to "it's in the store."
Every project — game, app, platform, site — runs through the same five-step rhythm. Steps overlap, but they always happen in this order.
We start by understanding what you're really building, who it's for, and what "shipped" actually means for you. Workshops, competitor teardowns, technical feasibility — everything that needs to be true before a line of code gets written.
UX flows, wireframes, then high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes. For games this also means gameplay loops and balancing tests. We design at the resolution that matters — not pixel-perfect frames you'll throw away.
Heads-down development with weekly demos. You see real progress every Friday — running on a real device, not a Figma frame. Backend, frontend, infra, automated tests, CI all going up in parallel.
App Store submission, Play Store rollout, web deploys, code signing, App Store screenshots, ASO copy, analytics wiring, the works. We've done the dance enough times to make it boring — which is exactly what you want from a launch.
We don't disappear at launch. Bug triage, OS updates, store policy changes, new device sizes, the occasional surprise — we keep what we ship healthy. Optional but most clients keep us on retainer.
Tell us about your project. We'll book a 30-minute discovery call and take it from there.
